Letter to the Moonglow Homes Community

Dear Moonglow Homes Community, 

We wanted to share the news with you that the mobile home park has been sold following the passing of the original owner of the park. The new name is Moonglow Homes LLC.

The new owners intend to keep everything good that's already in place, and will also implement some added features to streamline payment options and keep the community up-to-date on happenings. This website is intended to be a helpful resource to the Moonglow community and will include news, events, homes for sale, explanation of payment options, among other features. Homeowners of Moonglow will also be able to communicate with management through this site and we encourage you to share any ideas, suggestions, or complaints through this portal. We all intend to work together to keep our community safe, beautiful, and a place we all want to live.

By way of housekeeping, we ask that all future rent payments be made to "Moonglow Homes LLC." Starting in May, we will be accepting rent and utilities payments through direct deposit and Zelle. Please stop by the office for information or help setting up these payment options - we are happy to help!

Michael Napolitano is the new park manager following the move of Arthur Brooks. He will be available in the office in the mornings and can also be reached at 760-746-6785.
